Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain attached and intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
